The Flatlanders’ Brigade hails from a newly industrial world in the fringes of the Pegasus Gulf. Due to their rapid industrialization and utterly corrupt governor, the Flatlanders’ planet is highly polluted. As a consequence, the population suffers physically, and must wear protective equipment at all times.
