The Pegasus Gulf Club presents: the Orktober Painting Competition!
With Orktober almost upon us, what better way to get in touch with your orky side than to paint a very own Boy of your own? Will you Boy be a Sneaky Git or a Flashy Lad? You decide!
This is a painting competition meant to celebrate everything great about the Warhammer 40k Orks.
The entry fee is $10 and you will be supplied with all the basic bits and bobs needed to make your own ork boy! But don’t stop there! To truely embrace the ork lifestyle, get out your bitz bin (or ask nicely to see the community one) and look for some flash scrap or ‘requisitioned’ weaponry to really make your boy worthy of the Primeork!
And fear not veterans of the long Waagh! If you BYOB or bring your own boy you only have to pay $6 to enter.
$6 from every entry will be used for the prize money pool, with the rest being used to offset the cost of the models. All participants will receiver a collectable Dirty Grot pin! The artwork for the pin is done by one of our members, and compliments last years pin!
All entries must submit a photo of their unpainted entry along with passphrase ” For the PrimeOrk!” to ensure all entries start in an unpainted/primed state.
A few other notes:
– All judging will take place on October 21st at the legion
– 1 entry per person
